Beautiful – The Carole King Musical embarks on new UK tour

Curve, Theatre Royal Bath Productions and Mayflower Theatre Southampton have today announced plans to launch a new UK tour of the Olivier, Tony and Grammy Award-winning musical, Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, opening at Curve in February 2022. Directed by Curve’s Artistic Director Nikolai Foster (Sunset Boulevard, West Side Story), Beautiful will open at Curve on Monday 28th February until Saturday 12th March before moving to Theatre Royal Bath from 17th – 26th March 2022 and Mayflower Theatre Southampton from 12th – 16th April 2022, with additional tour dates and casting to be announced soon. First look images of rehearsals for the World Premiere production of Tim Price’s Isla

As the world première production of Kaite O’Reilly’s Missing Julie opens at Theatr Clwyd, Artistic Director Tamara Harvey and Executive Director Liam Evans-Ford today announce the cast for the world première production of Tim Price’s Isla. In a co-production with the Royal Court Theatre, the production opens at Theatr Clwyd on October 21st with previews from the 16th October, and runs until 6th November. Tamara Harvey directs Mark Lambert as Roger, Lisa Zahra as Erin, and Catrin Aaron as PC Jones and the titular role of Isla. Soon there will be more voice-activated, digital assistants than people. Matthew Bourne’s Nutcracker! Full Casting and Touring Dates Announced

New Adventures is delighted to announce full casting and touring dates for 30th Anniversary, newly designed and reimagined production of Matthew Bourne’s Nutcracker!  The tour opens at Theatre Royal Plymouth on Monday 15th November 2021 ahead of a Christmas Season at Sadler’s Wells, London from Tuesday 7th December 2021 to Sunday 30th January 2022. Leeds Playhouse have announced a big cast for their annual festive blockbuster which this year is Wendy & Peter Pan. Ella Hickson’s adaptation of the J M Barrie classic retells the story from the viewpoint of Wendy Darling and has been created in co-production with Japan’s Bunkamura Theatre. Amber James will play Wendy Darling and previously took the title role of Cressida in Greg Doran's Troilus & Cressida for the RSC.
