Step Out: 5-Day Dance Bootcamp Empowers Adults to Move with Confidence in Middleton

Step Out is a 5-day adult dance bootcamp in Middleton designed for anyone who’s ever thought: “It’s too late for me to start dancing.”

Led by local dance tutor and professional performer, JJ Welles, this intensive is open to complete beginners, returning dancers, and anyone who wants to reconnect with movement in a space that’s empowering, welcoming, and professionally led.

Whether you’ve never set foot in a dance class or you’re a performer looking to sharpen your skills, Step Out is about pushing past doubt, building confidence, and discovering what your body can do.

Across five evenings, participants will improve confidence, fitness, and develop new skills as a dance troupe. Each day they’ll learn a new style: Musical Theatre, Jazz, Commerical and Lyrical, culminating in a professionally filmed group reel, courtesy of Sam Gee Media on the final day.

For some, the dance video is a powerful reminder that they really did that. For others, it’s a rare chance to capture high-quality movement footage in a relaxed and uplifting environment.

5 Days. 4 Styles. 3 Goals. 2 Hours Per Day. 1 Dance Reel. 0 Experience Required

As JJ says, ‘If you can learn 4 dance routines in a week, you can do anything’
