We’ll tell you what the producers of hit touring concert show Viva 4 Ever want, what they really, really want. . . to thoroughly celebrate that the country appears to be well on the way along the Government’s Roadmap to Recovery.
The Spice Girls tribute show will be rocking the DriveINSIDE Theatre at the Trafford Centre, Manchester, on Monday, May 24th. That is practically two years to the day since Scary, Baby, Sporty and Ginger Spice thrilled 450,000 Spice Girls fans over three days at the Etihad Stadium on their Spice World tour.
The brand-new theatre at the Trafford Centre is the world’s first drive inside venue. Viva 4 Ever producer Adam Curtis says that concert show fans will be able to park up in their cars in the arena to safely enjoy the spectacle from their own private, socially-distanced, dedicated space beside their car.
“It all takes place beneath Europe’s largest marquee measuring a colossal 69 sq ft,” he says. “The set up enables us to welcome up to 800 Spice Girls fans and take them back to the days of those incredible Etihad concerts, and the far happier times we all strive for.”
Non-stop show Viva 4 Ever features Scary, Baby, Ginger and Sporty in a concert that promises to capture the sound and look of the Spice Girls’ legendary Girl Power – right down to the world-famous performers’ characteristics and costumes.
“It’s time to relive your misspent youth, as this world-class production presents the ultimate Nineties dance party,” says Curtis.
“Get up on your platform-soled feet for a night Manchester will be talking about for years – featuring all those number-one hit anthems you know and love: Wannabe, Spice Up Your Life, Stop, Who Do You Think You Are, Say You’ll Be There, Mama, Too Much, and, of course, Viva Forever plus many more.”
Producers Curtis Productions cast nationally for this show and have drawn together a group that Adam describes as “phenomenal performers and dancers”.
